University of Arizona Top Questions

I brag most about winning the football game against ASU to my friends who go there. The win was very unexpected. I also brag about all the extra opportunities and facilities we have such as a huge library tons of graduate opportunities and a lot of on campus activities.

I love the emphasis on research and pursuing internships and jobs with companies after graduating.

I am learning a lot more than if I had gone to a community college. I actually enjoy a number of my required classes. I will have more oppertunities by having a university degree.

My school is well-known for partying. A lot of students party on the weekends and school break.

We have some of the best weather on the planet! There is so much to do... sports, music, theater, museums... you name it, we've got it! The professors are fabulous and really seem to enjoy it when the students become engaged and ask questions outside the curriculum.

I usually tell them how amazing the campus is. I live on campus, and realy I hardly go off, because there is so much to do here! Whether I'm in the mood to work out, studying in a quiet area, get loud and have fun with friends, read any book I want, eat a variety of foods, work out, you name it, there is a place for it on campus. Coming here, I expected to see a bunch of buildings with classrooms, a couple restaurants, and some dorms, but that really is only the beginning. I love this campus!

I could brag all day about the University of Arizona, but if I had to choose one thing it would be the dedication of the professors. They are so willing to help you in the courses. Even if it is a big lecture hall, you feel like you are having one on one time with the professors. They also are very flexible with their office hours. They are willing to free up time in their own schedual to help you and make sure you get the grade you want and deserve.

I brag about the positive atmosphere that the U of A has to offer. I work best under a happy environment: the student, as well as, the staff members make sure that their advice is constructive and beneficial to the students educational goals. Without the help of my advisors or professors I would have struggled a lot through out my freshman year. So when people ask me what I enjoy most, I brag about the strong relationship the staff has with their students.

The one thing that I say when I talk about being accepted into the University of Arizona is that I am realizing a dream come true.
