University of Arizona Top Questions

The University of Arizona is such a diverse college. There are a wide variety of majors and I feel as if this college has a lot to offer to any kind of person, but of course that is up to the individual. The University of Arizona does not have an emphasis on an particular subject area or major, in fact the U of A has been known for its advances in scientific research as well as dance. Also, the U of A is made up of a variety of cultures.

The University of Arizona is a school that welcomes all types of individuals. Now with that being said, those who attend college only to recieve social gain without any educational focus will soon drop out. This university works hard to provide students with both the social and educaitonal aspects that one should gain in college. However, if a student chooses not to show up to class or fails to complete the expected work, they will fail. Therefore, the University of Arizona is not a school that provides majors to those who do not fully deserve them.

Somebody who does not like school spirit or Division I sports should not attend this school. Personally, I think it is such a diverse school with so many opportunities for so many different people. U of A is a great choice for a variety of students.

People who lack a decent work ethic and organizational skills should not attend a University or any for that matter. It's not to say that Universities are exclusive, but it would be easier for those types of people to succeed at community colleges and then consider transferring to a university. Universities are not all fun and games it is sad when students flunk out because they couldn't keep up with their classes. Attending a university means that you have to be a dedicated student willing to put in enough hours of studying in order to suceed in life.

There is no one that should not attend this school, the only reason why someone would not want to be here is because of the heat.

I do not think that there are people that should not attend the Univeristy of Arizona because it is a very diverse school, and I believe that anyone can fit in. There are many different programs and clubs that would fit many personalities and interests.

The U of A is a wonderful campus, with students from all over the world. It is difficult for students who are not self-disciplined because of the size of the campus, distractions available, and most importantly, the size of the classes. Although I am new to the U of A, one of my daughters is a graduate. Her challenge was the difficulties I have outlined. Her first year and a half was extremely difficult. For students like her, I would recommend a community college or a small university for the first two years.

There isnt any kind of person that shouldnt attend this school. This school is open to all different types of people. I think anyone that would attend this college would like it a lot because there is something for everyone to do and get involved in. The school isnt made for just certain kinds of people its made for all sorts people.

The kind of person that wouldn't do well while going to the University of Arizona are students who are not motivated to do the required amount of work to progress their way along a preferred career path. The UofA is known for it's rigorous academic programs in science, engineering, medical studies, and architecture. Hard work is highly recommended for people to succeed, so those who are looking for an easy way to get a degree or lack the initiative, then the University of Arizona is not really a good place for them.

People who would like to attend a school with a sprawling campus should not attend the University of Arizona. Campus is relatively small in comparison to sister schools like ASU, yet the campus does not seem crowded with the amount of undergraduate students UA has.
