Someone who plans on being around a lot of African Americans as well as someone who plans on joining a fraternity or sorority.
Sara
People who are intimidated by a big campus (large classes, huge freshmen class), people who don't like to party. However, the school is so big that just about any type of person can belong here.
Anthony
People who are not looking for a fun social setting along with a strong and valuable education should not attend this school. Those who do not seek to push themselves or be a part of something bigger than themselves should not attend the University of Arizona. Basically, anyone that does not wish to seek self improvement, along with making strong friendships should not atten this school.

While it’s cliché for colleges to claim that they have a “diverse student population,” the U of A really does, and it can be overwhelming if you’re uncomfortable with diversity. Not only are students here from all kinds of backgrounds, diversity seems to be a prevalent theme here in terms of coursework. On several occasions this semester, 3 of my 5 classes seemed as though they were all working together to stay on track teaching the same ideas about diversity. Oh, and you’re actually required to take one class with a “diversity emphasis” before you graduate.

I wouldn't recomend UofA to students who want to go to school the size of Tucson (ie not trully small, but certanily not large) or who don't want to go to school in 105+ degree weather.
Samantha
This school is one of the top in the nation-it is considered part of the Ivy League of public schools. In order to keep this high ranking, it takes a lot of effort from both the students and the faculty and administration. Students who just want to party and waste four years should not come here-we take our education seriously here.
Julie
If you can't stand the heat, go far away from Arizona. Other than that I think U of A could be a good fit for a lot of different people that's what makes it great.
Jamie
I think that if you are not ready to work hard and keep up with your classes as well as internships and career oppurtunities, then you should not attend a University as it would be a waste of money.
Gina
U of A is not the school for you if you don’t like diversity, don’t enjoys socializing some nights and working hard others, hate meeting new people, and it is especially not for you if you don’t have school pride.

Since Tuscon has a limit on what there is to do on the weekends, anyone who gets bored easliy or is not here to learn should not consider attending.
