If you are not prepared to work hard and be focused on school this is not a school for you.

I believe that everyone would feel comfortable in this surrounding becuase it has a wide array of degree programs and I believe that it would suit anyone's needs. The city of Tucson is marvelous also. To me, at least, it feels like home and i hope that many people when looking at the school also feel that way. The only problem is people who are not adjusted to the heat because it gets to 100 degrees and many people believe that 90 degrees is flaming. Those who are not accustomed to the heat should find an alternative.

they type that shouldnt attend is no one. everyone should attend, whether or not you are shy or very out going you will have an amazing time. Yes, it does seem that more out going and active students attend but either personality, I know each inidivdual will have an amazing time!!!

If you want individual attention and small class sizes than the University of Arizona is probably not for you. Some of the classes, especially those during freshman year, can have over 100 students. Professors, however, can be contacted and are very good about meeting with you is you ask them. On the other hand, if you want the professor to know you without taking any extra effort than a large university such as this is probably not the best fit.

People who think that it is a party school and do not want to work hard or balance their schedules. There is a great balance of social and academic activities here, but you need to be able to balnce them in your own life.

The idea of being able to catergorize and label who should and should not go to this school, is not a question i can answer. Everyone should go to this school, everyone deserves a chance for higher education. This is a good school, with good teachers, and the people are friendly. Although one word of caution: if you cant stand the heat, well, just rent an apartment with a swimming pool.

Someone who is used to helpful people and knowing what is going on. Anyone who attends the U of A should be able to be completely dependent.

You should nopt attend the University of Ariziona if you are unwilling to accept people different from you.
