Its a large campus, but it doesn't feel that way. Its alot smaller and your more likely to run into more people you know than somewhere else.

UofA's campus is very community based. There is always something going on, and one is always very welcome to partisipate in everything that goes on. The school is very open and friendly in my mind, a diverse community eager to move forward.

The best thing about the University of Arizona is feeling like you are part of a community. Every building on campus is made out of red brick, so you know as soon as you step onto the mall where you are and what you belong too. The U of A has a great student body that comes out and supports everything from basketball to theather performances. This even follows you after graduation. You really are a wildcat for life.

There is always someone you can turn to that's in a similar situation that you are and therfore help you when your back is against the wall. You never feel completely lost or alone.

One of the best things about the University of Arizona is it is one of Arizona's first university and it is academically recongized for their research. The U of A gives you many wonderful oppurtunites to get yourself involved with the campus, including becoming involved with your own research. Another amazing thing about the U of A is the fact that everybody is very school spirited and positive about their school. Its a great university to earn your degree as well as a place to relax and have fun out of the classroom.

The University of Arizona is a place where professors, staff, and students all work together. As an undergraduate student of Natural Resources, I wanted to create local projects to address Arizona's depleting water supply. With support from all levels of the university, a group of students retrofitted three campus building landscapes so that irrigation was no longer necessary. The ability of staff, faculty, and students to collaborate on a project is a unique phenomenon that can only happen at a very special school, and I value my opportunity to have been a part of such a collaboration.

When I was having hard time in school because my father was dying, the administration member of University of Arizona helped me to deal with it emotionally. They were very professional in handling the situation. I feel that the best thing about my school is that you have a lots of resources around you that you can utilize if needed, not to mention the wonderful buildings that are beautiful to see.

The amount of school pride.

There are so many opportunities to be involved on campus, from sports, to clubs, to Greek life. Since there are over 30,000 students , it can be hard to take the initiative, put yourself out there, and pursue those opportunities but in the end it is 100{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} worth it. A plus to having so many students at one University is the diversity of clubs that are offered since any student may be the founder of any club. Getting involved makes any school experience better.
