I feel that most UCSB students are from some part of California. Girls dont usually get ready for class. We just throw on jeans and a shirt and go. I dont think anyone would feel out of place at UCSB unless they didnt try and reach out to a program of interest.

I could count on one hand the people I have met who are rude or dislike school. Seriously. People wear comfortable clothes to class--no one dresses up.

I have witnessed a large variety of races and cultures throughout UCSB. There are also many clubs and groups that people can get involved in to discuss culture.

We have the perfect amount of students and the largest range of income within the UC system, we have people from every walk of life.
