3. Peter Pasula Study Habits Scholarship
Dominion Lending hosts this $500 essay contest for U.S. and Canadian citizens. Students must be high school seniors or older to enter. Deadline: April 1.
4. AFSA High School Senior Scholarship
Students who dislike writing scholarship essays should check out this program; a simple 10-question quiz is all that is required. A total of ten $2,000 scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors who are planning to attend college this fall. Deadline: April 2.
5. Cyber Security Scholarship
Current high school seniors and undergraduate students may apply for this $2,500 scholarship. Each applicant must respond to three short-answer essay questions, and plan to pursue a degree in a computer or technology-related field. Deadline: April 14.
6. Signet Classic Student Scholarship Essay Contest
Each year, the Penguin Group (USA) hosts this essay contest for high school juniors and seniors. A total of five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded. Deadline: April 14.
7. Bobby Rogers Memorial Scholarship
Students between the ages of 17 and 25, who attend an ‘Alive at 25’ class, are eligible to compete for this $500 scholarship. A total of four awards are given annually. Deadline: April 15.
8. SADD College Scholarship
Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) provides seven $500 scholarships each year to high school seniors who are active members. Students must be dedicated to living safe and substance-free lifestyles. Deadline: April 18.
9. NextStepU Super Teens Contest
To compete for this $1,000 award, students must answer six questions about their lives, explaining what makes them a super teen. Students must be 13 or older to apply. Deadline: April 30.
10. All About Education Scholarship
Each year, ScholarshipExperts awards one $3,000 scholarship based on the best response to the following question: “How will a $3,000 scholarship for education make a difference in your life?” U.S. students who are 13 and older are eligible to apply. Deadline: April 30.
