The EEF 5-D scholarshp

The program offers US$1,500 to each winners who would agree to provide a brief report 6 months after receiving the scholarship and a final report (2-3 sentence summary) that will published on this website. We prioritize to support the high school students and trainees in biomedicine with the following 5 characteristics: – Dare to challenge status quo – Devoted to public service – Deliver outcomes – Driven to excel – Diverse background The program is open to application in the fall of each year unless otherwise noted. Please visit the Apply page to submit your application before Nov. 20 of this year. The advisory committee would review and select winners and is composed of well-regarded scientists and professionals. All candidates would be de-identified during the review process for objective assessments. The winners/5D scholars of 2021 were announced on Dec. 20, 2021 and include 3 scholars and 2 runners-up. The program is not limited to seniors students, nor limited to the endorsed students. However, we will de-identify all candidates during review process. This pilot program is currently open to selected high schools so that we collect feedback and improve it.

Khyentse Foundation Buddhist Studies Scholarships

Khyentse Foundation Buddhist Studies Scholarships support individuals who wish to study the dharma. KF accepts applications from students, practitioners, and scholars from all traditions, schools, and sects of Buddhism. These scholarships fund tuition or other expenses related to one’s studies. Applicants for this scholarship are usually working toward an BA, MA, or MPhil degree, or are in a certificate program.

Bank of the Sierra Scholarship

APCF was founded in 1990 by API community leaders in response to the need for alternative funding for Los Angeles-based nonprofit organizations serving API communities.Since 2011, APCF has partnered with donors such as local companies and family foundations to offer scholarship programs to financially assist students in their pursuit of higher education. All of the scholarships have an online application and recommender form that can only be found on our site. Max J. Madrid Law Diversity Scholarship

To advance the goals of diversity and inclusion within the legal profession, Modrall Sperling has established the Max J. Madrid Law Diversity Scholarship. The scholarship provides tuition assistance toward an awardee’s second or third year of law school. Persons in their first or second year of law school may apply if they are from a diverse background that historically has been underrepresented within the legal profession. Modrall Sperling is dedicated to fostering an environment that embraces differences, promotes equality, and engenders mutual respect and inclusion where everyone has the opportunity to excel. To be eligible for the Max J. Madrid Law Diversity Scholarship, applicants must: demonstrate strong academic achievement in college and, if applicable, in the first year of law school; demonstrate leadership qualities with employment and/or community service experience; demonstrate excellence in research and communication skills, including written and oral; make a compelling statement of the applicant’s desire and the ability to overcome obstacles; attend an ABA-accredited law school; and plan to practice law in the state of New Mexico.

Seeds of Fortune is an online platform that helps young women of color in high school prepare for college by helping them apply for Scholarships, build financial skills like saving and budgeting, and career opportunities In order to apply, students must create an account on the Seed Online Network Ed-Tech Platform and choose their intended program when registering. Once a student completes their registration, their application will be submitted.

Organization of Latino Actuaries Scholarship Program

The Organization of Latino Actuaries (OLA) furthers its mission of increasing the number of Latine actuaries by awarding academic scholarships to Latines who will be attending a US college/university next school year. Applications will be evaluated on various criteria including, but not limited to, academic performance, commitment to pursuing the actuarial profession, exam progress, work experience, and leadership experience. Finalists for both the named and general scholarships are expected to be selected by mid-June. The Organization of Latino Actuaries (OLA) furthers its mission of increasing the number of Latine actuaries by awarding academic scholarships to Latines who will be attending a US college/university during the 2023-2024 school year and are interested in the actuarial profession.

Saatchi Scholarship

The Saatchi Scholarship Program was designed to provide financial assistance to creative, strategy, and data analytic students from diverse backgrounds. Scholarship recipients will be selected by a panel of Creatives, Strategic Managers, Data Analysts, and Talent Managers at Saatchi & Saatchi and beyond. We want to hear from aspiring change-makers who are passionate about the industry. We will award $10,000 to two deserving students, with $5,000 dispersed before the Fall 2023 semester and $5,000 in Spring 2024. Mentorship In addition to scholarship funds, you’ll be mentored by a Saatchi & Saatchi pro. This includes virtual meetups each month and access to your mentor via email and text for one year.

Tailon Leitzsey’s “Perseverance Is Key” Scholarship

Tailon Leitzsey is an athlete, entrepreneur, community leader and father. Throughout his academic, athletic, and personal journeys, he has experienced ups and downs of all shapes and sizes. “Adversity helped shape me into the person I am today. Throughout my life, I have been faced with obstacle after obstacle, and sometimes wondered why but I made the decision to keep going. It wasn’t until I got to the other side that I realized I was being prepped for greater. Nothing worth having comes easy.” To add on to his long list of endeavors centered around giving back to his community, Tailon is excited to be partnering with Access Scholarships to do exactly that once again! For the Perseverance is Key Scholarship, we will be awarding 4 scholarships worth $1,000 each will be given to students who have demonstrated perseverance throughout their lives. High school and undergraduate students of all years studying in the US are encouraged to apply. Special consideration will be given to minority students, students who have experienced foster care, and students who are or will be the first in their family to attend college.
