International students who are currently enrolled full time at Texas A&M University are eligible for this award. An eligible applicant must have demonstrated high academic standards, and have a curiosity and openness to people and traditions of other countries. In addition, the student must be actively involved in organizations other than international ones.

Mexican Citizens with Financial Need Waiver
High school seniors or older students who are citizens of Mexico and plan to enroll full time at Texas A&M University are eligible for this award. The award will cover the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition.
First State Manufactured Housing Association Scholarship
This award is available to U.S high school seniors or former graduates who are residents of Delaware and seeking to further their education. Students must have resided in a manufactured home for at least one year prior to the application.
TAMU Bill and Rita Stout Academic Excellence Award
International undergraduate students who have completed 30 or more credit hours at TAMU are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher; preference is given to students enrolled at TAMU/Koriyama.
TAMU Eppright Outstanding International Student Award
International students who have been enrolled at Texas A&M University for two or more semesters are eligible for this award. Students must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, or be enrolled in a graduate program with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
Port of Wilmington Maritime Society’s Dennis Latina Scholarship
This award is for U.S. high school seniors or returning/continuing college students whose parent, grandparent, or legal guardian is employed by any company located at the Port of Wilmington that has contributed a minimum of $500 towards the Port of Wilmington Maritime Society Scholarship Funds.
American Public Transportation Foundation Scholarship
Currently enrolled sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate students who are majoring in a public transportation industry-related field of study are eligible to apply. Students must have and maintain a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
Delaware Optometry Incentive Program
This award is available for students enrolled full time in a program preparing them for licensure as an optometrist in Delaware. The loan award will be forgiven at a rate of one year of employment as an optometrist in Delaware for one year of loan.
Delaware Scholarship Incentive Program (ScIP)
This award is available for Delaware undergraduate students who are planning to attend eligible colleges/universities in Delaware or Pennsylvania. Graduate students are eligible under certain circumstances. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and demonstrate financial need; the eligible level of financial need is updated annually.
Rhode Island Academic Promise Program
This award is available to Rhode Island resident undergraduate students at Community College of Rhode Island whose family resources are not sufficient to meet the costs of higher education.
