A small but efficient college with many opportunities for growth. The classrooms contain few students, which provide quality instruction. I am involved in the ROTC program, which has exemplary standings based on prior excellence displayed by cadets. This is an incredible opportunity for soldiers who wish to transition to commissioned officers, and the campus in which the program is facilitated is incredibly accommodating.

I believe it is a great campus to be a part of! Everyone is very nice and helpful and full of great advice on how to make it through the school year. The professors are willing to bend over backwards to help you fit in and make sure you're taking the right classes, as long as you make the effort to at least try. The views are great, the campus is beautiful, and there's always something to do between classes.

I absolutely love this campus! It's easy to navigate and the staff is wonderful! Everyone is very helpful and the students are also great. We are always looking to help each other in many ways. It's also great if you are a parent yourself. They help to make sure you are able to attend class by offering to watch your child.

I am a 41 year old mom, returning to school for my masters... out of all the schools I've seen, I have never felt more welcome and included. Definitely a family atmosphere. They treat you and your family as theirs! If you need help or assistance, everyone is there to lend a hand.

The thing i consider most unique at CSU-P is how the students and alumni are so proud of Pueblo and the school. When you go to a big campus, the students usually go there for the environment or 1 or 2 exceptional programs, but at Pueblo you have people that care so much for the university, they are willing to go the extra mile to try and improve something. I am originally from Colorado Springs and I am proud to say I am from there, just as people born and raised at Pueblo are.

There is always something to do on campus. Our office of student activities brings in professional comedians and musicians. There is also a movie viewing on a big projector every week. It depends on the hall, but student on my floor leave there dorm doors wide open, encouraging friends to walk in. Our hall is always active, playing cards, talking or watching TV. I met my closest friends by attending mixers at the beginning of the year put on by the Office of Student Activities. Our campus has 2 fraternities and one sorority; we are working on bringing in more of a Greek life. On the weekends students go to sporting events, a local club, or friend’s houses and apartments for social entertainment.
