It is a amazing school that has a lot too offer. I would recommend this school only to people who are not looking to live on campus and still would like to go to school. One thing I will say about this school is sometimes you may feel like you are overwhelmed with classes/work but you can speak to your advisor and they will talk to you and work things out.

Not the best college experience. I would only go when I have class and would leave right away. Due to Covid-19, the majority of my classes were online. I did not make friends and would only come on campus when I had to. I would suggest that students go to a four year college where it is more enjoyable.

It’s a great school to get your associates and transition into being a college student. The staff is very friendly and accessible and want you to succeed. The campus is friendly and safe. There are almost always food trucks outside the campus. You can also get food on campus at the store or Starbucks or at one of the other food places with a small walk.

Going back to school in my thirty’s was frightening. But, starting at QCC gave me the experience I needed. The setting was relaxed. The professors were helpful, knowledgeable and they really appreciate effort. The atmosphere was also very welcoming. The campus is clean. Never felt uneasy at QCC. Facilities were decent. I enjoyed my experience.

The classrooms are nice and small so every student gets an equal opportunity to grow. The teacher are always available whether it’s office hours, after class or available via email. The library and books are accessible as well. However they could better the food choices.

The worst school I’ve ever attended. All they care about is money yet the campus is unsafe. There’s been construction happening and unsafely. The parking system is a joke jumped from $1 to $2 from one semester to the next. Absolute joke, it’s a shame people from lower socioeconomic statuses have options such as LaGuardia and Queensborough to attend. Terrible!

Queensborough Community College is the place to be. The environment is extremely pleasant for someone who enjoys looking at nature. The classrooms are fairly sized, and the food is not so different from what you will buy at a fast-food restaurant. Club activities are truly entertaining and thought provoking as well. The past and current situations of the world are often brought into discussion to make students aware of their role for the future. The professors and other personal members are always available to assist students regarding their concern. At QCC you will be challenged and expected to become successful by doing your very best. The blatant diversity of this college makes it the perfect community in which you will learn how to interact with other culture. As someone who attended QCC for two years, I can fairly say those two years were the best experiences that I've ever had in my life.

Queensborough Community Collage is a warm environment of friendly professors and students. I feel here very comfortable. Also, Queensborough Community Collage provides many opportunities ti develop myself in the workshops after class. Queensborough Community Collage inspired me to do more and continue my education for Bachelor degree. Here is the best start for the future carrier. I will be always gratitude for my collage for all positive attitudes involved. I could truly say, that Queensborough Community Collage is the best collage for those who cannot effort school but are motivated to study.

What should every freshman at your school know before they start?
So, we've made it to senior year. A couple more months of high school and you will be free! But first things first, we need to get ready for college. So you've decided that you want to go to school for nursing which is great! You've selected a college and you got accepted. Queensborough Community College! Not your first choice but still a nice place to start. So the College Now department is offering some college credited courses that you can take while you are still in high school that you will need in college and its best to take them now, because they will give you a head start on the prerequistites for the nursing program. Another thing to keep in mind is that college is not like high school. If you need to know something about whats going on academically, you definitely need to ask questions and ask them as soon as possible. In college you are treated as an adult, so stay on top of your classes and stay on top of the nursing department. So let's get this school year started!
Here's your chance: Say anything about your college!
well my school has a nice size. The class rooms are small and the prfessors know who you are. The staff n campus are very friendy and welcoming. Whensigning up for turtoring which s always aviable to students you may pick how you want to be tutored. You can be turtord in a small group or one-on one. There is always turtoring aviable and for every subject. There are lots of clubs and teams you can join and be apart of, there are club meetings and days every wednesday afternoon. You will fell very welcome at cuny qcc.
What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?
There is a lot of immature students in my school which makes studies difficult because their is no respect in the library or many students to interact with outside of class to join together as a team and study together. Also, in my school they’re a lot of lack communication from one department to another, making it difficult to get direct information.
It is best know for their Nursing Programs, Education Programs, and their Business Programs, which are built for student to prepare them for a 4-year college. My school also has a great program for students with disabilities, which makes it easier for them to study and attend school.
The best thing that I like about the school is its tutoring center. I love the fact that there is always someone in the center who knows a lot about the subject that I need help with and that they are available almost anytime of day that I need them.
The kind of person who should attend this school is someone who is hard working. Someone who doesnt give up easily and strives forward to be the best they can be. It has to be someone who did not do so well in high school but who wants to go on with education and make the best out of themselves. It has to be someone who is self motivative and confident in everything he or she pursues. Should be someone who had a gpa in High school of 2.0 or less.
What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school?
I brag about how great my professors are because i enjoyed all my classes and every teacher and understanding and every professor was very interesting.
