Great campus. Just big enough for fun but not overwhelming. Love the academics and access to professors. The college is invested in me. Dorms are nice, wide variety of room types and really safe. The food is outstanding and very reasonable for students.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the coursework and lectures so far. There has been a lot of new material to grasp. This comes easily due to the knowledgable professors I get to work with. I also appreciate, as an online student, how readily available the instructers are.

Eastern is a wonderful campus that welcomes all. The professors are easily accessible and the numerous staff members assist in any way you may need. Along with the friendliness of the faculty, the campus life is truly wonderful with a wholesome student body. Every single one of the current ENMU greyhounds carries such a welcoming light within that makes me feel at home. The food is phenomenal and the housing is incredible. I love it all!!

The Eastern New Mexico University-Main Campus is beautiful for the size that it is. The lawns are kept green and clean, students are encouraged to sit outside to study and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There is always some sort of activity to participate in, weather it be movie night in the C.U.B. or just hanging out.

I love the small community environment. More time is spent on the students, rather than the politics that are found on larger campuses. Eastern New Mexico University is a great school, there's no other place I'd rather be right now. I know several politicians and very successful people who have graduated from ENMU...I'm proud to be a Greyhound!

Eastern New Mexico University is a great small campus that allows many opportunities. Due to the small size it is possible one may have seen almost half the students who attend. On the topic of the small size, the classes often consist of no more than 70 students. This allows a great teacher to student ratio. In addition the community as a whole is very supportive to the different fraternities, sororities, clubs, and student athletes. Overall, I believe Eastern New Mexico University is a great campus!
Mykna - 04/06/2018
I love this school. It is the most interesting place you will find. The class sizes are just the right size to have a one on one with the teacher if you need it. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The campus and the dorms are clean and safe. This is the school that I am going to. It is the best school ever.

They care and want the best for their students. The financial staff wants to the help each student to the best of their abilities. Teachers let students know that they are available as much and can always come to them for help with school or personal things.

Eastern New Mexico University is a great campus. It's fairly small campus so that makes getting around very easy. The some of the degree plans are specific which makes choosing what you what to major in easier. The professors there are very active and easy to get ahold of. Overall, the campus is great and a perfect place to get a degree at.

A campus where student success is what its all about. From the President to the janitor, everyone cares about students being comfortable, safe, and getting the best experience out of ENMU. Faculty goes above and beyond to ensure the students are getting the best education possible. The best learning environment ever!

I believe ENMU is an excellent small school to attend. There aren't many local attractions to gt distracted with, and everything is within walking distance. The students here are all friendly, and the amenities fulfill your needs. The arts are active and appreciated by everyone on campus, and the sports are fun and engaging. It's a fun, small, safe campus.

This is my first semester at ENMU, and I love it so far! Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. And the professors are easy to get along with and help with whatever is needed. I am glad that I chose to come to this school, it’s also helped me realize what I want to become in the future, my new friends and professors helped me with that.

It is a great campus. It not to big, but also not so small. I come from a very small town and this is a perfect size and place to meet amazing people. This campus is very affordable. The faculty here is great because they offer their help all the time. They will answer any questions that you may think that they might not know. The university cares very much that you pass and graduate, so they even offer tutors and other sources. I would recommend Eastern New Mexico University to any person interested in going to college.

What should every freshman at your school know before they start?
Money is precious, don't spend it wildly anymore. Time is important and dropping classes shouldn't be an option. Stay focused on the goal and don't let past experiences with senioritis destroy your work ethic. Also, relationships aren't the most important thing in the world. You're going to college for your education, to futher your life and persue your goals, don't let the relationships be a big deal, if they happen, they happen, but if not... Don't worry about it. And most importantly, find a good destressing technique outside of smoking. You'll need it.
Students who are committed and dedicated to hard work should attend ENMU. There is phenomenal support from professors and administration for those who are serious about obtaining a higher education. The resources are abundant and a supportive student base is present. Scholarships and recognition are encouraged as is participation in educational activities. I would highly recommend ENMU!
The best thing about my school is the friendly atmosphere. Professors truly care about your success as a student, and they are always available to help!
What kind of person should not attend this school?
Students who are interested in the social aspect of college should not attend ENMU. This is a school that requires hard work and dedication to education and those who choose otherwise will be unsuccessful. Students wishing to register to receive the financial aid and drop classes once it is received are not advised to attend ENMU. The school is serious about education and makes every effort to accommodate those who are dedicated to achieving the knowledge and strength necessary to be successful in life.
What's the most frustrating thing about your school?
Discussing important issues (such as student loans, financial aid, transfers, and re-entry) with anyone is near to impossible. I have been given the run-around time and time again. One of the reasons I'm still here is because I never want to have to deal with that kind of horror again.
This is a friendly campus, with a very diverse student body. The professors are readily accessible and willing to help any student that is willing to work. We have many international students which gives you a chance to meet and experience many cultures and contibutes to a more tolerent attitude. Classes are small and we presented and students are encouraged to go beyond what is presented and learn more about the subject. the campus is small, friendly, and safe.
Here's your chance: Say anything about your college!
This school has a spirt to it that none of the other schools that I looked at did. It had a sense of family-like community but still had a fair amount of people that the social strata was still diverse.
The academics here range from different ones. I love how some of the professors are really concerned about you, and will email you and talk to you to help you get on track if you need it. My favorite class right now would have to be ED, only because this is like an overview of what is expected to be as an teacher in the USA. This class empowers me to be a better me everyday, and challenges me to step out the box. One thing I like most about this school, concerning the academics is the SI sessions. This is a point of the day, where you have time to get taught by other students who have no troubles in the class you are having trouble in. In going to this, it helps boost up your grade if you are failing.
What are the most popular student activities/groups?
There are a lot of activities going on at ENC. But the ones that I currently stand on are
JUMP DRAMA: this is a small theatre group, which has tours around the BOSTON area. They primarly focus on giving plays and smalls skits that are very biblical and christian based.
GOSPEL CHOIR: although this is a .5 credit class, this is not just a time where you come and sing gospel songs. But it is a chance for you to have devotion time, with the peers you conversate on a day to day bases, even with peers you don't really talk to. The choir goes on tours. We recently came back from VA/DC which was imply amazaing. We got a chance to not only minister in song, but brighten some ones day and that to me is always a plus. If I can make you happy when you find all reason to be sad then I have done my job as a christian.
There are alot more clubs that are very exciting to be apart of and it is a great way for you to become more social.
I go to ENC, this is my first year. This school is known for being a christian - based college. Which focus on stregthen your faith, as well as provide you with a good education to succed in life. What I like about this school is, although it is small you get to meet great and exciting new people. As well as learn about who they really are and their cultures. The only thing I would change in my school, would have to be the meal system. It is edible but I feel it can be a little better than what is it. When I express where I go to school people tend to ask where is this school located, but after I give them details they are happy about my choice. While being on campus, besides my dorm room. I love to spend time in the gym, the newly - remolded hall which was recently named "Hebrews" which came straight from the bible. I also love to hang in the Spange parlor, it is a good feeling to be around other people who are trying to become something in life. The adminstration is well structured. For every dorm there is a RA and a RD who are very nice and approachable. There is alot of school pride, when students come together for home sports game. That is the best time to see students, loving the school besides the small clubs that they are on. Overall this is a good school the only thing people would probally complain about is the school being too costly and the food. Other than that, you are expected to have a great time at this school.
