Great school overall, the classes sizes were small so being able to ask questions and get help was no problem. The extra-curricular have a wide range that allows everyone to get involved one way or another. The only downside was the student housing and some of the buildings being on the older end, however they were beginning to update as I graduated. The price is also very expensive, but it is a private university so it is expected.

Embry-Riddle generally has incredible connects and professors, making learning and academics highly rated. However, the school cares nothing about its students and overlooks major issues including overdoses, mental health, sexual assault, and consistent food poisoning. Unless you are a cis male this school can be extremely unsafe. The scholarships are fairly available, unless you are a high income cis white male, and can help greatly with what looks like a high tuition rate.

Joey

It is an amazing school with such a great academic course. The achievements that other students there have accomplished are out of this world. Many people automatically turn away from this college cause of the price tag, but the number of opportunities that you can have from this School is exhilarating.

Embry-Riddle is a great school- if you are going there for engineering or aeronautical science. However, as a forensic biology major, it is easy to feel underrepresented and underfunded; there are virtually no clubs to join for my major. The general education professors are subpar, and I have yet to meet a professor that has done a great job of instructing students. Transferring might be the best option for me.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Prescott is a fantastic school for those who want to study engineering, become a pilot, or even work in national defense. The school provides students with some of the best professors they can obtain who all are extremely available upon either request or set up dates by the professors themselves. The campus is rather small as of now it has roughly 3000-4000 students however this is good as it allows you the opportunity to be someone on the campus and not just someone everyone sees as a number. The clubs provided are great and of course there is always the opportunity to create your own club. In terms of sports we aren't the most fantastic and I personally wish we had Football which seems to be the only one of the big name sports we are missing, However, the school makes up for this by having the best flight team there is with back to back championships for years. It is a great school in a great area and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested int an engineering field or the other two stated previously.

Carlie

Embry-Riddle is a wonderful school that provides countless opportunities for their students. There is a plethora of state-of-the-art equipment, as well as knowledgeable staff members that love to see students involved and learning. The school is a perfect environment for learning, as there aren't a lot of distractions (drugs, alcohol, etc.) and there are plenty of places to be productive. There is free tutoring on campus for just about every class imaginable and there are always tutors available. Overall, the school is an amazing resource for a student who wants to learn and obtain a ridiculous amount of hands-on experience.

Laura

Its a great school. The campus is beautiful, and the teachers genuinely care about the students. The class sizes are about 20-30 students per class, so the professors actually get to know the students themselves. There are many places to study, and there are plenty of computers available in case someone doesn't own their own. Its an amazing school, and I would definitely recommend it.

Lauren

I have always had high opinions of my school. Although we aren’t a well known school, students here end up in rigorous, high ranking jobs that are very difficult to get into such as physics, military, government and security, and engineering. Although tuition is a little high, 96% of people who graduate from here will get a job right out of college in their desired field. This is due to the schools respect for undergraduate students, as we are allowed to work along with our professors doing paid research, and also professor availability and their desire to interact with students. Because of the small size of the school, everyone knows each other, and I always feel welcome anywhere I go.

Gabriella

Embry-Riddle is a beautiful campus and small which is nice because it creates smaller class sizes but not much is nearby. You need to drive everywhere and nothing is in walking distance outside the campus. The campus does have a lot of its own resources and restaurants which is nice but, going out can prove challenging. The student life is welcoming and everyone is very willing to help if in trouble.

Amairani

It's Amazing; Once I stepped into the campus, I knew it was for me. The school so so welcoming and you feel so at home. Something that incuraged me to apply was their amazing internship programs which will get you connected with massive companies that ninety percent of the kids work for after they graduate.

Eve

The campus is beautiful and the landscape and nature around it is wonderful. The chancellor and other department chairs have an open door policy which helps students feel welcome and appreciated. I am so excited to be a part of the community and get a great education.

Laken

I am truly honor to be accepted into this school. I believe that it is a great way to step in the world. Embry leaves a sense of importance, with great opportunities for future and current students. I absolutely look forward to my education within the campus.

Andrew

For people who are motivated to become professional pilots and get into the airline industries this school is perfect for you.

Elijah

I think this is the perfect University for anyone to attend. The price might be high but the education that you get and the return on your investment are worth so much more. It really is the school for those that want to excel in their field and I can't imagine there is a better place to be especially for Aerospace engineering of any kind.

I mostly talk about the outstanding education staff here. They all have some for of military or government background and have a great personality to match their outstanding resume. Other things I mention are the connections you make with other students, since we're such a small campus. Sometimes, you'll find yourself with classes that upper classmen are taking, and since they're graduating before you, it gives you a chance to make connections with the corporate world before you even get out of school. Also, Air Force and Army play a large ROTC roll in Prescott.

Anyone is welcome to attend this prestigous university, but if you don't want anything to do with aeronautical talk then this university could be difficult to attend. They were very wise and knew a lot about the business world because of the excellent teaching staff.

  14. What is your overall opinion of this school?

What a waist of time and A LOT OF MONEY! I would highly recommend NOT going to this college! Teachers are bored and only care about their paycheck. I'm over 90,000 in student loan debt and will probably pay it off when i'm 100 years old with what they are paying pilots today! If you're thinking about flight school please go somewhere else and save a TON of money. OR reconsider becoming a pilot all together! What a waist.
