If I was to go back and time and talk to myself as a high school senior i would tell myself to pay close attention in all my closes because i will need what i learn in high school for college classes. I would also tell myself to go ahead and go straight to college after i graduate instead of choosing to work a full time job. Because i will be behind other people i attended high school with and knowledge i learned would not be fresh on my brian. Also, go ahead and get your liscense because walking to classes in the rain and cold is really terrible with your asthma. I would tell myself that i must be on task at all time with my studying and homework. It is not like high school where i can pass a test and not hav to study. If I could go back in time and talk to myself as a high school senior and tell myself about college life and making the transition, what advice would I give? My advice to myself would be simple, do not take your education for granted. When I first went to college I did not transition well from high school to college. I did not have my priorities together. I wanted to have fun first, then study for tests and complete homework. When you go to college you must do the following things in order to succeed: (1) plan your time wisely, (2) be prepared and stay on task, and (3) don't give up so easily when it becomes a bit overwhelming. A mature student stick it out, even when the going gets tough. So if I could go back in time this is the advice I would give myself.

If I could retrace my footsteps as a high school senior, with the knowledge that I have now about college, there are many things that i would tell myself. Although I did maintain a great GPA, I would give myself the advice to not focus on the parties so much, and get actively involved in school activies. Everything one does as a freshmen in college determines and affects the following years that one plans to atten school. If on gets in the habit of being involved with school activities, one will be guaranteed to network with many, accumulate a resume, and experience the postive impact on wanting to achieve great things in school from the support of others. Also staying actively involved in school activities keeps one focused on their education, and helps one to not get into any trouble.
