The feeling of family and belonging on campus. Everyone here is so friendly and I have felt so accepted while at ISU. It is the best feeling in the world knowing that I go to a school where I feel like I am at home.

Iowa State University is a wonderful school because it offers multiple opportunities. The best thing about Iowa State are the opportunities that I have experienced. There is something for everyone here, whether that is academic or athletic related. At Iowa State everyone is very welcoming and helpful and I loved that when I was first starting out. This school allows me to do the things I enjoy while meeting now people and also experiencing new things.

I would say that the best thing about my school is the quantity and variety of things to be involved in; the amount of opportunities available to a student to further their academic experience are seemingly endless. Though it can be difficult to sort through things and find appropriate activities to occupy your time, finding the right activity can be a big step in the right direction towards furthering yourself in your experience for your future career.

The best thing about Iowa State University is how beautiful the campus is and how much stuff there is to do. There are always free movies showing and entertainment at the Memorial Union, and there are tons of great places to eat in campustown.

The best thing about MY school would be the accesability of the campus. By this, I mean that everything is in walking distance and I am never too far away from my dorm, the library, the rec center or the cafeteria. Though this might seem like a luxury, it is crucial due to not having to spend large amounts of time traveling from one place to another therefor increasing productivity.

Since ISU is so big, we always have a lot of stuff going on. Whether it's a sporting event or a concert, I know that I'll have something to do. We also have a ton of free events and clubs that are available, which is great. In addition to the fun stuff, we have awesome academic support from advisors, professors, and TA's. We also have a lot of good resources, like the library, supplemental instruction sessions, and academic help centers.

The best thing about Iowa State University would have to be that there are endless opportunities for anyone that goes to school here. There are SO many different types of classes that fit everyone's interests, many different extracurricular activities, and there are so many people here!

I believe the best thing about Iowa State University is the relationships you make with people. Although it is a large school, you get to know a lot of people on a personal level. The teachers you meet are eager to assist you with your learning and fellow students are just as excited as you are to start a new chapter in life. Having people who enjoy what they do make going to school a great experience.
