What should every freshman at your school know before they start?
If I could go back in time, there would only be one thing that I would tell myself; to "stay ahead of your work!" While I took a few advanced placement courses in high school, they were nothing compared to the workload of 5 or 6 college courses, and getting on top of my work was a challenge at first. Other than this, I adjusted to college life very well; I was ready to start learning about things that I loved and to meet new people. It was surprising how well I adjusted because I went to a school in a different state, where I didn't know a single person, except my roommate who I had only talked to briefly. Everyone there was so nice and they were genuinely interested in my success, especially my professors, which gave me all the confidence I needed in order to do well. Attending King's College has been the best decision of my life, and I can't wait to see what's in store for my senior year.

What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?
The worst thing about my school was the amount of cliques that existed there and the fact that most students went to high school together. In addition, the small size of the school presented limited extracurricular activity opportunities including sport clubs and intramurals. The surrounding area was also pretty limited with activities for students, so house parties were a regular thing which I did not attend due to my disinterest in them.

Describe the students at your school.
Most of my classmates (not all) were distant, snobby, lazy when it came to studying and school work, uninterested, lacked motivation, and spent most of their time concentrating on making plans for the weekend rather than on the class material that was being presented.

What's unique about your campus?
Kings College is a great school because it is a small college which enabled me to have a personal realtionship with my teachers. The ratio between the teacher to student is 18 to 1. This has always made me feel comfortable asking questions during class or seeking extra help afterward. I am currently into my 2nd year and have achieved a gpa of 3.8. I feel that my success has come from the staff's motivation and my hard work.
