My opinion of Ozarks Technical Community College is that it is a very sustainable college that helps students reach for their goals while saving. It's important that young adult are able to balance their school while being financially stress free, and the low cost of this college helps young adults navigate through that obstacle that most young adults have to face. I enjoy my time here and the view is always a great way to start my day.

OTC was a wonderful school. I took classes mainly online but loved the academic aspect of the school. The professors were always available and I felt like they truly cared about you learning and understanding the material. The enrollement process was easy, the school is clean and well designed. Classes were large enough to not feel awkward but small enough to learn and receive one on one teaching. I would attend this school again if needed!

I think it's a great school at affordable prices for students to learn about multiple fields and has a great staff, but doesn't seem to have too many extracurricular activities. There were a couple small clubs for christian groups and political groups, but most seem to be smaller scaled versions of what is being offered at Universities like Missouri State University.

I believe OTC provides an affordable and flexible way for people to achieve a degree. It has many resources and many advisors that are there to help and are welcoming and reach out. It has resources like tutoring rooms and teachers are always open to give extra help. OTC financial opportunities make it affordable and accessible to attend college.

I love OTC. The environment is great. It is affordable, and I have had really good luck with my professors. I am sure that I will keep in contact with some of them even after I graduate. I would highly recommend OTC to others. It is a great way to either get a start in your academic journey or even find yourself graduating with a career-ready degree.

The faculty Here is truly here for the student. Ive received help monetarily , as well as emotionally. It is my belief that you would have to WANT fail in order to not pass. The classes are perfectly sized for group discussions while the instructors aren’t overwhelmed with there class load.

Ozarks Technical Community College has provided me with an exceptional opportunity , education at an affordable price. I am a first generation college student who financially has no support from my family, without OTC I am not sure what I would have done. I feel safe and welcomed at campus, I feel a place of belonging. The whole staff at OTC truly cares for each student's future and success.

Ozarks Technical Community College has been the light of my life while readjusting to American culture and ways of life. The professors genuinely care about the students, the facilities and buildings are always clean, and the students care about their education. This is a great starting point for higher education, and I would not have wanted it any other way.

Ozarks Technical Community College is a great jumping-off point for a 2-year degree. This accredited community college is where most students from this area start their college journey. Teachers, staff, and students are all friendly and helpful and very inclusive no matter where you are in your education.

OTC is pretty great for a two year technical college. The professors are enthusiastic, even the online classes. There’s a decent gym available. Parking is hit or miss. The classes they offer are specifically designed to transfer over to other universities. Overall I’m enjoying my time back on campus as a nontrad.

Its a great school for very focused and determined students. They have great teachers who if your responsible, will work with you one on one to make sure you get the grades that you want to achieve. I absolutely love going there.

Otc is a good college if you are looking for something very basic and you don't mind being left to your own devices to make your way through college. They have helpful staff and decent facilities. However, there is a lack of extracurricular clubs and programs to join. The biggest downside is that hardly any of the advisors and teachers will respond to your emails. I have had to have the admissions staff help me figure out classes every semester while my advisor is never available, and they seem unable to give my files to a new one.

The Ozark Community College has two campus' and the staff at both are nice, amazing and empathetic to the students knowing in advanced that they are stressed out from their busy schedule of classes, work and maybe a family. The teachers were very nice and were fair in grading as well. The bigger campus has a cafe which has great food in addition to several vending machines throughout the campus. The campus itself is in a good location and the one near my house is super easy barely an inconvenience to get to. Through the past two semesters I have attended this college I have had wonderful experiences in all these categories.

Overall, Ozarks Technical Community College is a great place for students to transition into college life well and be involved into small class sizes. The professors are great and are eager to help meet the students goal to move them into the future. OTC has an outstanding library and faculty available to meet the needs of students and excellent courses to take.

I think that OTC is a great starter college. It allows student's to get the feel for how a university works and to be able to allow student's to start figuring them self out, giving them a sense of direction. The environment is very welcoming and there are always way to get involved. There are all sorts of resources that are easy to find, should a student need help with anything. Teachers are very kind and understanding, and are willing to work with a student. Everything is straight forward and the school let's you easily keep track of what you need to succeed.

What should every freshman at your school know before they start?
I gave my self to much time off. I would not go to collage right away but I would have not waited so long to return. A few years off would have been enough to go to college and stay focused.
OTC has impressive competent professors. My instructors are not only qualified in what they teach; but in most cases over qualified. We have instructors at this small school that have doctorate degrees. They are also very personable, and go above and beyond to help students.
What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school?
The best thing about Ozark Technical Community College is that the classes are small and the teachers care about your education. The school provides free tutoring which has really helped me with classes, such as algebra, in which I struggle. The school is also close to my home and it's a short commute to school.
What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year?
I wish I would have taken the time to learn more about the clubs and extra curricular activities offered, and how to get more involved. I also wish I had known how to start up my own organization, so that I could have gotten a base of students together that had similar interests as myself.
What kind of person should not attend this school?
Anybody looking for a university type environment probably shouldn't attend OTC. It's a great school and provides good education, but there isn't really a student community.
What's the most frustrating thing about your school?
The parking is really a situation which is a marjor problem expecially at the first few weeks of school. The school does offer a shuttle service if you park a long ways from campus, but can be a burden even with the meal voucher promotion.
My classmates are very easy to work with and care about the work they are doing in their classes, most are in their teens working through a dual enrollment program or older students getting their education.
What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?
The worst thing about Ozark Technical Community College is the parking. Usually at the beginning of the semester there isn't enough parking for all the students. Although, it usually thins out by the third week of school.
Here's your chance: Say anything about your college!
The students and teachers are really down to earth. The learning atmosphere is geared towards learning what is currently out there as recent as the day you walk into class. The curriculum would change with what was currently happening in the world. If there was new material that we needed to know for our careers then the teacher was not going to teach us old material in the book. Everyone at the school seemed united toward the one goal of graduating to attain a job and are willing to work with and help others as well.
All students must apply yearly for financial aid. This process starts with the FAFSA.
Though financial aid deadlines vary by school, it is a good idea to apply as soon as possible. For the upcoming school year, you can apply as early as October 1 for the FAFSA. Additional school aid will be dependent on the FAFSA results.
