It’s a great Community College, this school is fantastic for transfer students into UNC schools. The library and its resources are readily accessible and they even have an online library we can access. The resources are at reach usually through the web and one can actually get in contact with a librarian via email. These librarians are quite knowledgeable and answer pretty much every question that one can possibly have.
I like what I see here at PCC. I’ve seen students there 15 years ago that I now see in positions working on campus. This observation helped me realize that although this school is in a very traditional small town, it is advancing quickly and I see people really bettering themselves in every realm. They even have classes to help one advance in factory work. I think that’s awesome considering there are several plants nearby. PCC is definitely the way to go.

Piedmont Community College is an excellent local opportunity to obtain an Associate Degree. I have obtained my Associate Degree through the College and Career Program and then attended a State University for one semester. There is a significant difference in PCC and the State University I attended. PCC values their students and the professors actually teach the curriculum and ensure students grasp the concepts and learn. I decided to return to PCC to receive an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology because of my experience at this college. I would highly recommend this college to anyone that is considering a small learning atmosphere.

The Caswell campus Is beautiful and the staff are all extremely helpful and inviting. I experienced some difficulty when enrolling at Piedmont. But most of the issues were easily fixed.

Piedmont Community College is a great school I feel that more activities would keep the students more involved. It is also great the school offer daycare for students although I think so sort of discount or payment plan should be available for low income families.

I love the school everyone here is nice and has good manners. The advisers here clearly want everyone to succeed in their selected field. The class sizes are a good size not too small but not too big. The only problem is the school sometimes doesn't know what it wants to do. Like my program, they constantly changing the required classes and scheduled. But other than that a wonderful school to attend.

As a small college in a slightly small sized town, Piedmont Community College offers a variety of opportunity to those seeking college education. For students, the college provides a variety of groups, reminders of events, engagement in activities, faculty and staff availability, loyalty to students, and pure altruism, which assists in pushing students to full potential in order to achieve their dreams.

Piedmont Community College has excellent academic programs for the traditional and non-traditional students. Staff are very helpful with all aspects regarding student needs to include advising, financial aid, and up-to-date course curriculum. The community college does not have on-campus housing but there are plenty of great opportunities to live off-campus in the small, friendly Person County community.

I think some majors are more efficient and better than others, such as the program I am in it is excellent . It really gives you the opportunity to grow and have a chance to get an education at a community college price. The campus is great it would just be nice if we had more space for just nursing instead of having to share rooms with other classes.

I love being a student at PCC. The instructors here really know how to make you feel like family. PCC has plenty of resources for every kind of student. I would highly recommend this school to every one to those who want to do hair for a living to those that want to help others by being a nurse like me.

For the most part, PCC is a very good school. They have a new little diner with a new lobby for students to sit in. The instructors are always readily available for any questions or issues our having. I will say the Admissions office could be a little more patient and helpful but with the amount of people they have to deal with, I understand it can be frustrating. But, whenever I have had an issue, someone around steps in and fixes whatever it is. Also, the tuition is reasonably priced and I really appreciate the fact that they have monthly payment options. It really helps those of us who pay out of pocket and don't get financial aid. Also, the local scholarship opportunities are so great, this helps so many students I know who otherwise wouldn't even be able to go, including myself.

What I like best about Piedmont Community College is that they offer most classes online, which makes it so much easier to earn a degree while working full time and/or raising a family, or for people with mobility issues or those who just prefer not to be in a classroom.
The instructors always respond to emails quickly. They are friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and professional.
The only thing I dislike is the cost of textbooks. My daughter at a four-year university spent less on 11 textbooks than I did on four textbooks at PCC.

I am a new nursing student at Piedmont Community College and the instructors are amazing. They are always available and wanting to help if they are capable of doing so. The environment is friendly and everyone wants to be there for you. Overall it is a very open and safe campus that make you feel at home.

Most of the teachers care about their students and answer any and every question even if it’s by email at midnight. While others are terrible with communication and you have to go to extremes to get a response from them. I also don’t like the high school kids who have overrun PCC. But in more of a positive light my advisor cares greatly for her students and her program.
