I went to visit the school a few months ago so I could see how the school is before I applied. It looks like it is a good school as someone who isn't going yet. The advisor who gave me the tour seemed nice enough the cost for tuition is pretty expensive for a one year mechanical school but I will have to see for myself when I go there.

Universal Technical Institute is a great school. Great environment, great atmosphere, and great passion the school shares throughout all the students. The teachers and staff have been involved in the profession for quite some time so everything they teach, they have done throughout there career.

Its good. Time in school and price is just bad. There is 2 shift in the morning or afternoon. Morning class are from 6:30 to 12:45. And afternoon class are from 2:00 to 8:15 . Staff are very strict on self presentation. Have to look proffered or you get into problems

I'm currently enrolled at Universal Technical Institute and I love the school and the job opportunities it brings to students year round. They work diligently to prepare students for great careers. Being able to take classes through the week and get tutoring help if needed makes me feel i'm being set up to succeed.

Universal Technical Institute is a great school and really sets themselves apart from other universities that might offer the same courses but uti goes above nd beyond that to make sure you receive the best education andexperience possible. They truly help you prepare for real life work in the automotive industry

There are many places out there that you could go to and learn the arts of cars, but no other place will have the opportunitys and availability and accessiblity than UTI does. When I had first heard of UTI it was through commercials on UTI about the school. Since I've always been in to cars seeing that made me want to check it out. When you first get there you see that its very open. Safe and secure but very open. Then you walk in side and see much more than you would see at any other program at other colleges of school. To me that is one major thing that makes UTI a better place for those going into auto then just a regular 2 or 4 year college. Not only that but the people there aren't just trying to sell their business but they're trying to give you an opportunity that is unique. They want to help you on your path in the auto world. It's much more to them then just money.

I honestly think this school is the best, it has all the equipment to learn everything about automotive. I went my self for a 3 week course they had for High School Junior during my 2018 summer, i believe it was called the "Summer Ignite Program". I recommend this school for any one who wants to pursue the Automotive industry.

Your UTI experience will be what you make of it. Personally, I have had a very pleasant experience with UTI. I would definitely recommend UTI to friends and family. Show up, follow the rules, ask questions, and participate and you'll excel. It is especially nice having a planned schedule of classes so that you're not competing for classes required for your graduation as I have had many friends attending classic colleges complain about. UTI is incredibly Vet friendly too.

Its a great school ;because, they skip the academics and go straight into career. You also get hands on experience of the field. They will show you what you did right, and how to fix what you did wrong. They are also safe about it, and will give you warning of what could happen if you do one of the common mistakes.

Universal technical Institute of Texas Inc. gives those who want an education in Automotive, Diesel, Collision Repair, Motorcycle, Marine, and Welding. a better and further understanding through hands on involvement. It is full of excitement and challenges, but those who want to further their education in this programs can do so through UTI.

At universal technical institute you will learn more and get more connections for your future career than any other school. You'll learn more through the engine performance courses than any other tech school because you get to tear down high performance engines and rebuild them, put them into t cup cars and then building real cars like Supras, Mustangs, and everything!

I really like this school. The teachers are always there to help you whenever you don’t understand something and that’s really helpful. The environment it’s also really good. The courses are also not that long and every 3 weeks you change of course. I’ll recommend this school for whoever wants to be a technician.

its a really good school people are nice and the career are great. they are very flexible for any problem that you have, and they try to help you the best they can. they give many opportunity too help you succeed, and they are responsible, but the only bad thing will be that there is a short amount of teaching which are 4 hours a day and 10 month for the career.

What should every freshman at your school know before they start?
Life is about taking steps, and finding out who you are. If you fall down, get back up and keep trying. It is better to try than to quit. It may take you time to find out who you are, and what you want to do in life. It is a journey that is well worth taking. Do what you can and try to accomplish your goals. Enjoy what you make of your life. In the end you will find that everything you have done was well worth it.
My school is best known for training top-notch auto mechanics to become master mechanics. They are known for being the best school in the country for teaching all there is to know in the automotive industry.
The best thing about my school is that I can receive quality education in a short 18- month program. When I have completed all of my courses, I will have learned everthing that I need to know to start my automotive career.
What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year?
I wish that I had decided during my senior year at high school to attend college and further my education because I decided to attend college after I had graduated and I did not apply for scholarships. If I had applied while still in school, I may have received more scholarship money to help pay for education. Most scholarships are offered to high school juniors and seniors which no longer applied to me so therefore I am working and going to school so that I will be able to pay back student loans after I graduate.
What kind of person should not attend this school?
People that have a strong passion for the automotive industry should attend this school. People who want to learn everything there is to know about the automotive world should attend this school.
What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school?
I tell people that campus is spacious and the cars in the parking lot is inspiration alone. I also say that the staff is friendly and willing to help you out if you have a probrem, then I tell them that the classroom are state of the art and hands-on. Then I say that what other school allows you to practice your craft to help with things you use daily.
All students must apply yearly for financial aid. This process starts with the FAFSA.
Though financial aid deadlines vary by school, it is a good idea to apply as soon as possible. For the upcoming school year, you can apply as early as October 1 for the FAFSA. Additional school aid will be dependent on the FAFSA results.
