The only thing I really do not like about my school is the only break we get between classes is two weeks during Christmas. If you want any other breaks between classes you must request them.

You are online, so there is no one to explain things right away if you have a question. You can get help, but it takes time. Also, there is no one there to get you motivated, remind you about your homework, etc. You have to be a self-starter, but that's how real life is. You need to spend a few hours a day on the computer, and sometimes that is not easy to do for some people, for one reason or another.

Since I attend an online program, the worst thing about it is that I am not able to talk and meet with my fellow classmates face to face.

The worst thing about my school is primarily the debt we are left with oweing the Gov. after school is paid with what we are granted for loans from FAFSA; the education to me still seems worth it.

A student needs constistant computer and internet access.

The worst thing about completing coursework online is that the course work is completed online. The online experience would occassionally suffer from internet server outageous that occur near the due date period of many assignments; or, for the resources necessary to complete those assignments. Furthermore, many students fail to take the coursework seriously enough to put forth their best effort despite completing assigned tasks below par as stated according to the syllabus. Lastly, several instructors would prove inflexible in their interpretation of the syllabus or accepting alternate interpretations to the syllabus.

I really don't think there is anything bad about my school. I just started this last year. So far everything is ok. This had been hard for me because I have been out of school for over 30 years.

Not talking to your instructors face to face.

I don?t consider anything worse about my school. If I had to pick one, I would pick that even when you are in the hospital, most professors would not accept late work at all even if it is a day late. I was in the hospital for sinus issues and posted my assignment the next day, and the professor would not even take it after I spent about 3-4 hours on the work. Being online and not in the classroom, many teachers do not know what is going on physically.

I can't say that I consider anything bad about my school.

The first class is the hardest as you are trying to complete the work and to get familiar with the computer system, the give little room for error.

The worst thing about my school is that I cannot meet with my teachers in person. I like to meet people; I enjoy being able to put a face to a name. While attending the online university, I will not be able meet the important people who help me to achieve my goals.

Unsupportive administration, very decentralized. Greek organizations rule the social scene.

The only thing that I would consider to be bad about my school would be the fact that sometimes computer can have technical problems. A student who is wanting to attend any online school must know that there might be a day when their computer just does not want to work. They should be prepared to face this. The school itself does not actually have anything bad about it, in my opinion. I have found everything to run smoothly during the classes and the transitions from class to class. Student workshops are provided to the students free of charge.

The fact that there is not anyone to consult with a question having to do with homework or an area of study like you would at a university on campus. So with that said online courses are a little more difficult in that way.

I really don't have negative things to say about my school? I am very happy there and everyone is so helpful. My Gen 105 Teacher is always there to explain an assignment or dicussion question and makes you feel like your in a classroom. If I had to pick the worst thing about the school I guess it would be that I can not use the HESSA money so I need a lot of scholarships or I won't be able to move toward my bachelors.

I guess the worst thing about this school is how some things are hard to understand and it is not always easy to get asnswers to these questions in time before the assignment is due.

I enjoy my experiences at the University of Phoenix. I consider the worst thing about being enrolled at this school is, the missing in-person student and teacher interaction. This is an online campus in which all interaction is web-based. I do at times miss the interaction with people that I received through my prior attendence at Valencia Community College.
