I think there is something for everyone at Auburn.

Student body is great too! Everyone is so nice and helpful!

Auburn's student body is very diverse but at the same time not. Auburn has many different races, but they tend to socialize with their own kind of race. Another example is Auburn's sororities and fraternities. All sorority and fraternity members dress alike and others who are not affiliated with greek life think that this is ridiculous. A student who is not active, outgoing or in a sorority or fraternity would feel out of place because all these things help you meet people especially if you are an incoming freshman. At Auburn majority of the students are from Alabama. The financial backgrounds of majority of Auburn student's is upperclass. At Auburn political views are very right sided.

Most of the students are Christian. I know very few Jewish people and they are my roommate and a few of her friends. There are alot of black people here too, more than back home. Most of the students are from Alabama and Georgia. At the beginning of the year I felt like everyone knew each other.

Everything about the student body is positive. Many students at Auburn who are not from the south do tend to feel out of place because of the new environment and the language barrier. There is no official dress code, but most students enjoy dressing casual and being comfortable. Most of the students here are from Alabama, but a good bit of them are from the surrounding states. The people here do tend to be middle class to upper class. With that, they do want to become something one day and do want to earn a lot.

I think most students are predominantly Republican, but there are more Liberals and Democrats here than one might think. There are clubs and interest groups that meet the interests of virtually every student here.
