I would not recommend this college to anyone who is serious about either sports or education. There are nice administrators, but they do not care nearly enough to try and aid their programs.

This school is not a place for everyone. They are not very friendly and only care about sports. They lie when it comes to rules that have and people here are annoying . The classes here are very easy , my high school was harder. The facilities are old and need to be rebuilt .

Bacone needs a lot of improvement, this is not worth the money! I’ve attended Bacone for almost one whole semester and I can say the dorms are horrible, food is tasteless, sports suck, campus life is non-existing and the actual education is a D+. We need changes in the upper level management if Bacone wants young adult to keep coming to this school.

Bacone College is a small campus, which is a good thing about the college. The college has outgoing students and professors. The professors are willing to help you out and the best way to receive help is by communicating with the professor. It has extracurricular activities and several student events held each day or night at the student center. The student activities is the best way to socialize and meet new people.

Worst college experience EVER! So unorganized and they only care about how many sports students they can recruit to get money. The dorms and building are falling down. Alcohol and pot parties nightly at the dorms (these are student athletes) Campus police is a joke and will do nothing. Housing was made aware of drug use but the coach did not want to drug test. Wonder if NAIA would like to know this? One female basketball player got alcohol poisoning and was taken by ambulance to hospital. No consequences was playing in next game. Assistant coach uses God's name in vain and drops the F bomb constantly during practice/workout. So much for a "Christian" based school. Honestly, if you can go ANYWHERE else do so. This school is overpriced and horrible. Financial aid gave me an award check then months later said they overpaid me and I'd have to pay it back WTH??? President is well aware and chooses to do nothing. Very disappointed in my first college experience.

Bacone is not the best school but it's also not the worst. College is what you make it and that goes for any college you attend. Although there isn't much to do on campus, if you have a good group of friend you surround yourself with you may get into something quite interesting.

Bacone college is a Liberal arts college in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The teaching is great and students care about their education. I can see the change that the college is going through this college is turning into something special. My favorite thing about Bacone is the fact that the staff really does care about the students and helping them get to the top

One of the biggest perks of going to Bacone College is how many friends back home get jealous that you go to "Bacon" College. But there's not much to this school. I really enjoy how small it is; I can leave my room five minutes before class and still get there in time. Housing and food could be so much better, but oh well, it's not too bad.

Very good place. Class sizes are perfect learning environment make it easy to succeed. Many degree plans to chose from. Follow the advisor input and you are gananted to graduate in 4 yrs. if you follow advisor and don't the school picks up the bill for you to graduate. #warrior

My overall opinion of Bacone College is that, it is a little to pricey for what they offer and what life is like on campus. There are times were they have to shut the water off because of maintenance problems. And the campus is a little to spread out, especially for the students who do not drive.

It's not so bad, but was not as good as expected. The building are very old, facility are kind of old model. But they have a good class size, average of about 15 to 25 per class, and the professor are very comfortable and easy approach. The food is sometimes good, but sometimes bad, the lines are sometimes long due only 2 stations.

What should every freshman at your school know before they start?
Apply to all of the college you would like to go to and see which ones accept you. Then you should go tour each one of those campus and see what each one has to offer you for your major. When you go to visit the colleges see what kind of clubs or other activites they have for you to do while you are at school there. To make the most of the college experience be involved in as much as you can like clubs, sports, or anything else the school has to offer you to do in your spear time.

What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year?
there isnt really anything i wish i had known before i came to bacone because as a new student it seems manditory that i find my own way if you know what i mean.
Anyone can attend Bacone but what would be most important is to be an independent and dedicated person. It is very easy to slack off and not want to attend classes, so that self motivation is needed.
