I chose Camden County College because it offers a truly accessible path to higher education—both financially and academically. As a nontraditional student returning to school in my mid-thirties, I was nervous about fitting in or being taken seriously. CCC erased those fears immediately.
The online courses are well-structured and manageable even for someone juggling full-time caregiving and personal challenges. I’ve been able to maintain straight A’s thanks to professors who actually care and an environment that encourages persistence, not perfection. The Human Services program has been especially meaningful to me, blending practical knowledge with real-world empathy.
What stands out most is that CCC feels like it was built for people like me—people who didn’t take the traditional path but still have something to contribute. It’s not flashy or full of frills, but it works. And for students like me, that means everything.
Overall, I give Camden County College five stars. It’s changing my life.

I am in a dual enrollment program where I am a full-time student at the college. Camden County College is a great school that has many opportunities as a start to the right direction. It's very affordable and clean if you need help you can always get help there's always tutoring if you need it. The professors are nice and fair and the higher Staff comes to check in on classes for the first week. They also give out free Icees the first week. Many different food trucks come and visit the school throughout the year. They put in grades on time and if you need help with your grade you can come to them and some teachers offer extra credit or aid if you need it.

Camden County College is a great stepping stone to bigger and better things. Our college's affordability allows students to earn their associates degree and then easily transfer to a four year school. We have a very beautiful campus and our student body is super diverse. You will have no problems finding friends and social activities on campus. Overall, Camden County College is a great option for students trying to figure out their majors and looking to receive an amazing education.

Overall the teachers at Camden County College are very helpful and teach for the students to understand the concepts. Most teachers are able to be contacted over the weekends with any questions via email and get back promptly. The campus layout is easy to maneuver around and they often host fun events for students to participate in.

I visited an Camden county college, Blackwood campus as an visitor because I am starting my Associate degree in fall of 2019 in the college. I feel extremely obsessed with the college as they have lot of academic facilities. They have facilities like making a children stronger day by day and letting a children to be talented in the campus everyday. The other things about the college like extra curricular activities are amazing. The professors are always like helping hands for students they tend to help the students in academics up to the mark. The life on the campus is safe, everybody chose their career to be in excellent in that trade. The food in the campus is amazing. Moreover, the one who need all the things are in this place. I feel like this college is all rounder where students can grow academically, mentally, physically. They tend to increase the every level of student that can one reach. I feel amazing.

Its a typical community college. They are there to make money. They will quickly take your money and not care whether you show up after that. It is up to you to want to be there. They have a good security presence so you feel safe. However, there are some unlit areas to be weary of.

It is my final semester here at CCC, and I have to say that is an overall pretty decent school for a community college. The campus is extremely modern looking and well maintained, and you can tell they've invested a lot of money into over the years. In my experience, the professors have been very kind and helpful, and (most of them) seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. I guess like with every school, your experience at CCC is what you make of it. I took honors classes and was involved with the honors program during my time here, and I highly recommend it. The classes are a lot more advanced and really encourage you to think critically. Camden County College has been a good stepping stone for me on my way to a four year school, and I'm grateful for my time here.

Camden County College (Blackwood) is a good 2-year if you're really looking to just get your degree and go. There is no on campus housing, but there is an apartment complex within walking distance of the campus. The school's clubs and sports teams (which I didn't know existed until recently) aren't very widely advertised and, from what I can tell, don't seem to be incredibly active. However, there is plenty of space to hang out between classes. There is a wide array of majors and the professors as whole seem to know what they're doing in the classroom. Overall, Camden County College in Blackwood is a quiet campus that is a good school to go to if you intend to get your degree and go.

Like all schools, CCC has its pros & cons, but it's a respectable institution. I've been to all 3 campuses & the facilities are always being redone & kept modern. I've only had 1 serious class related issue with a professor & the administrative staff are so helpful!

What should every freshman at your school know before they start?
If I could go back and talk to myself as as a high school senior, I would tell myself about how college is taken a lot more serioulsly than high school! With college you must stay on top of things and not procrastinate with assignments or studying. While staying on top of your studies, it enables you to stay on track. If you put things off for a later time you find yourself forgetting to go back and do them and the work load piles up because you also have more than one course! When you are in college, some programs require you to maintain a certain grade and if you drop below the required grade you are removed from the program. So "staying on top of your game" is a great strategy to get use to. Also, it is very important to study about 8-10 hours a week out of class so that you review daily what you have learned in the previous class sessions. Reviewing helps you remember important facts and helps you pick up on other important information that you may have missed prior. So my main advice is to stay focused and study, study, study!
Here's your chance: Say anything about your college!
CCC or what my friends call "13th grade" is a great community college. CCC has students from every where thirsting for the chance to get the most out of our school. CCC is full feeling the needs of students in the education field as well as extra activities. The teacher to 30-1 teacher ratio class rooms is a great learning experience. The extra curricular activities keep me interested why?ll I?m not in class, from basket ball games and theater to community service event. CCC is much more than just "13th grade" or any old community college.
Describe how your school looks to someone who's never seen it.
Camden County College is an accredited 2-year public community college which enrolls over 20,000 credit students and more than a 1000 non-credit students every year. The Camden County College offers degree and certificate programs in arts, science, and applied science. Technical fields like automotive technology and mechanical engineering, liberal arts and sciences like English and chemistry, and other subjects like nursing and medical coding are taught in this university.
What's the most frustrating thing about your school?
For this year and allthe years past and present, it would have to be parking. The Campus parking lot is too small to hold the amount of studnts that drive to school. Camden County College is the second Largest institution of Higher Learning in New Jersey, Second only to Rutgers University; for them to barely have any parking spots is un acceptable. Best advice for new comers that drive; Get there early or else you will be looking for a parking spots for hour. If you illegally parking where you are not suppose to, they'll ticket you. Good Luck.
The school I would like to attend is best known for accepting students to get there associates degree, or enough credits to transfer and attend a university. It better helps students to prepare them fully for a University.
The thing that I consider to be best about my school is that they do anything to help a student succeed. They are very friendly and are always willing to help a student out. Everything that a student would need for a classs (library, computer lab, Acedemic Support Center, etc) is right on campus. This school is also a great environment for learning. There are always students in the hallway studying, doing home work, or helping out another classmate with whatever they may need hep with. It's just a great school in general and a great place to learn!
I believe that any kind of person could and should attend this school. They offer a wide variety of degrees and they are a lot less exspensive than a university! Anyone that is willing to put forth the effort to study, complete the assignments, and pass the tests would be a great candidate for this college! It is also to my knowledge that Camden County College will be turning some of its programs in to four year programs so anyone wanting a Bachelors degree without the university price may find this college to be a great candidate while considering schools!
What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?
Before this year, i thought that smokers in campus ground was the worst thing about my school. Fortunately, smoking is prohibited and we are a tobacco free school. Apart from this there is absolutley nothing wrong with ther school. Teachers are nice and work with the student. Kids are behaved and its jsut a friendly environment.
What kind of person should not attend this school?
The type of person that shouldn't attend school is someone who doesn't take school serious. Someone who doesn't take school serious will not get any higher than a highschool degree because he or she made make excuses that school is too hard. A type of person like this will not succed in life because they limit themselves to what they can actually accomplish. Someone who shouldn't school doesn't have any goals.
