This is a great school. The class sizes are smaller so it means more one-on-one learning. There is usually parking available if you commute, you might have to walk a bit further during peak hours. The professors all want you to succeed, there is a lot of activities that occur on campus. Lots of opportunity. I had a great college experience at GGC.

Georgia Gwinnett College was not my first option when deciding where to go after graduating high school. I wanted that university life while living on campus and going to parties. However, universities are very expensive and far from home which is why Georgia Gwinnet was my second option. Most of my high school friends applied and got accepted which encouraged to just go for it! I am now a junior at Georgia Gwinnett College and always love the days when I get to drive to school for my classes. The campus is so nice, clean, and a safe area to be around. All students who attend are friendly including the professors and staff that work at GGC. Not to mention our dining hall has the best food and let me mention the restaurants in our buildings including Chik-fil-A, Starbucks, and more. Last to say, I love this school as I recommended it to my sister who is now attending, and continue to let people know about Georgia Gwinnett College.

Georgia Gwinnett College, is a great local college. All of my teachers were pretty cool and fair. I will say I wish some teachers were a little more accessible but that's more so a case by case basis. If you're college sports this may not be the school for you. They have flag football, frisby and video game lounge but no major teams. The facilities where nice. The cafeteria good be a little bigger but theres a hibachi grill, a sandwhich bar, salad bar and theres also a couple of restaurants on campus: Starsbuck, a sub franchise and their chicken tender place. Decent amount of vending machines. The worst part is parking, get there early or you will be walking far to class. Good luck !

LAURIE - 07/16/2020

Conscientious is the word that comes to mind. The professors I come in contact with are all of a caring nature with a true desire to see the students suceed. Safety is another word with campus security always visable and with an office on campus. The courses are challenging and the college a good choice if you are wanting to prepare for graduate college.
