From my college experience I have recieved a lot. I have learned how to be a responsible adult. My finances are better, my scheduling is better, and my mind has been challenged like never before. I was a little hesistant about going to Liberty University at first because it's so far from home but since I've been there I haven't regreted the decision one bit. Everyone I've met, everything I've done, and every class I've had has changed my life. I'm finding out who I am and loving every minute of it.

Out of my college experience so far I have received a greater passion for what I have been called to do with my life as well as a more positive outlook for what my future holds. I have gotten life-long friends who support me and will always be there for me even when we leave the school. Though there is such a diverse culture at this school, I have come to value everyone as individuals as we all are there for a purpose, to become champions of Christ! I have received a love for what I am learning through the knowledge and love that the professors express for the given courses and subjects. It's been valuable to attend Liberty because it is a step in my training to become a missionary. Liberty has helped me become a more versatile learner as well as more independant as an adult. It has also taught me that sometimes we need to rely on the help of others and allow people to help. God didn't surround us with friends for nothing. :-)

The reason that I love going to college is that everyone there actually wants to learn. The excitement, passion, and dedication motivates me to become a better student and a better member of the community. College has taught me that learning can be a wonderful and fun experience. I love sharing my knowledge with others. Anything that I learn in class that I find to be fascinating, I enjoy teaching to my friends.
The best class I ever took at community college was Cultural Anthropology. It opened me up to the idea that cultures should be looked at in their own context, rather than comparing them to our own. Cultural Anthropology teaches acceptance – which is a lesson that many people in this country need. Maybe through courses like this, people in our country could become more open to other ideas, and subsequently stop creating violent situations over differences in opinions.
College education has been such a valuable experience for me. It has created a passion for learning that has made me a better person.

I have gotten valuable life skills out of my college experience. I have learned time management, and how to deal with deadlines. I have learned it is not just about facts; it is about knowing the real content. I have learned how to think critically about issues. I have learned how to know what I believe and take a stance on it. I have learned you cannot just have knowledge, but you also have to have the wisdom to use that knowledge. I have learned how to serve my Lord, Jesus Christ, more effectively and efficiently. It has been valuable for me to attend college at Liberty University Online because I have learned all of these life skills. Since it is online, it is not the traditional college experience, but I have still enjoyed it. I am able to get a quality education, and still have time for the rest of my life. Liberty has given me a great college experience.

Throughout my college experience, I have learned many things that I did not know before. I have learned that furthering your education after High School is the best choice any one can make. Having a better education will reflect on your future, and not only will it provide a better lifestyle for you, but also on your future family. Unfortunately, my parents were not lucky enough to graduate high school, so most of their lives they spent their time as migrants working on fields for long hours. I've been there myself, and I figured out that I did not want to grow up doing the same thing. Life is not easy at times. We might have obstacles coming our way, but I have decided to keep firm and look forward in life to the path God has planned for us. Attending college has been very valuable to me. It is the start of a new generation and hard work which will hopefully pay off someday. I would love to be able to buy my parents the house they've dreamed of.

My college experience has been very helpful to me so far. I have made many friends, some of which I will remain close with for the rest of my life. These friends have helped me grow in many different areas of my life.
My college experience has also helped me academically. I can tell that at my university, the professors actually care about me, and they really want me to succeed. They do whatever they can to help.
I have not only learned facts and statistics and other things that will help me earn my degree, but I have also learned various life lessons. Some of these include not procrastinating until the last minute to get things done and also always trying to go above and beyond what is expected of me.
My attendance at Liberty University has also helped me get connected with others to help out the local community. I had always wanted to volunteer in my community, but I did not know where to start. At my school, they have many ways for how you can get involved in the local community.
It is for all these reasons that my college experience has been valuable to me.

One semester in college taught me alot about myself, others, and academaically. Within myself, I've learned that my natural triats strenghthened meaning if I am analytical , I become even more analytical. Secondly, I have learned about others. I have a diverse set of friends from different countries which allows me to differentiate between people in general. For example, my roommate is from Uganda so I learn about her culture. Third, college requires more reading , which means the whole high school mentallity vanished.
Paying for school was a very complex task for me. I come from a low income family where finances were scarce and paying for school was limited. Growing up in this enviroment taught me caution and budgeting because in college I technically had to budget three hundred dollars for a whole year without a job. What I've gotten out of my college experience is learning. To use what I've learned makes it valuable to attend.

I have always had a passion for education. College has allowed to me to further my own education so I can teach and hopefully plant the seed of passion for school in my own students. I love being able to take specialized classes that I choose and love. I have such a heart for learning and I can't wait to keep growing.

The college experience has helped me not only with my education, but also with my social skills. I have learned to become more independent and have learned more about myself by going to college. The classes I have started to take have helped me figure out what field of degree I would do best in when it comes to finding a job. Atttending college is valuable because you learn how to interact with other people from different cultures which is something that you will have to do anyways later in your job. Also it helps you figure out what your strengths and weaknesses are in the social world. Another reason that it is valuable is when applying for a job and filling out an application you can put a higher education on it.

What I have gotten out of my college experience so far is that I have a more open mind with this crazy world we live in today. It has opened a lot of doors in my life to move closer to a degree that I will achieve one day.
Liberty University has been valuable to attend to me because it is affordable and very convient for me taking classes online since I am a single mother of a three year old son.
