Great school and great environment

Daisy

I love the campus; it's so beautiful. The class size isn't too large, and I really like that because it allows for students to have a relationship with the professors. Also, the professors know your name and you're not another face to them. .The professors are really caring for their students. Overall, it's a great school.

Brooks

I love the small classroom sizes and how personal most professors are. Although I wish some professors would stick to teaching instead of politics since I pay so much for an education, private schools costing more than public. Academically, Reinhardt is a great place, my professors go out of their way to help students.

Devin

Reinhardt is a home away from home! The campus is so full of life, there is always so thin to do and so many new people to meet. The professors are always available due to small class sizes. The small student teach ratio is so helpful and keeps my stress levels done. I’m so excited to be a Reinhardt Eagle!

Ella

While it is a small, private college the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. I’ve had an overwhelming sense of friendliness and support. The courses, extracurriculars, and professors are all well thought out and and planned and employed for the betterment of the student population. The only complaint is that some of the administrative staff could do better to help the students and explain things properly.

Ariana

The school is an overall great place to learn. I enjoy all the facilities and the people who work here really care about you. My advisor is the coolest person and has helped me to get the credits I need to graduate. I am a freshman, and I know there is still so much to experience here at this university, but I have made many new friends here. I have even learned new tools that will help me get a job later in life such as how to use digital software to make art and how to improve my public speaking skills.

Jessica

11/10. OK, so I know a lot of people are hesitant to go to small schools because they tend to be easier to get into and people thing they won't have that "prestige" factor. Personally, I would rather graduate with no debt (thanks, Ru scholarships) and a resume full of publications, awards, internships, and leadership positions that I was able to get because there are SO MANY opportunities to shine at a small school. I have had the time of my life up here in these beautiful mountains! Also, the profs care about you as individuals. My advisor is helping me graduate a semester early!

Hannah

I am currently a high school senior looking into applying to Reinhardt University. I went to their Discovery Day to learn more about the campus life and what they have to offer to upcoming freshman. I was very impressed with the programs they offer. I am interested in their business program and got to speak with the Dean of Business . The dorms are amazing and well kept up with. The campus is large and beautiful. Overall I enjoyed the experience visiting Reinhardt University and I am submitting my application.

Professors go over and beyond to help. Housing is great and the food is even better. Reinhardt offers what every student need to get a higher education. The classes are small and note takers are in every classes to help students not miss anything. The atmosphere is great and many activities are offered.

Elisabeth

I like it. I think it's going to become a family school. My mother is a Reinhardt University graduate and my sister is interested in attending.

LaNanda

Reinhardt is a beautiful school. The campus, the buildings, the friendships, the connections, everything. The students and faculty are all nice and hardworking people who are always ready to help someone in need. The campus is gorgeous and nature sensitive. I can’t wait to attend in the fall!

Rebbeca

At first, I wasn't sure if I would like it since it is surrounded by woods. However, once I got there, I fell in love with this college. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, the professors are always available, and the over-all student body is wonderful. There are plenty of places to study and hang out, clubs are also a must. I cant wait to start my freshman year here in the fall!

Erica

My overall opinion of Reinhardt University, I enjoyed my time attending Reinhardt University for many reasons. Reinhardt students, faculty and staff all have a love for life and learning. Students are very welcoming and interactive in the community from the arts, sports, fellowship to community service projects to help the college and surrounding areas whom are in need. There are multiple organization from creative to educational. Some groups include book club, educational clubs, volunteer groups, Christian prayer groups, academic meetings for honor students, student work programs, intramural sports, RU athletics, and much more. The RU football team was added my sophomore year along with a marching band which brought a lot of school spirit to the campus. Everyone was excited for game night, I enjoyed getting ready to hang out with friends while cheering on friends and classmates in the games. I was involved in a multitude of extracurricular activities; campus church group, Reinhardt newspaper, intramural sports (football, kickball and ultimate), prayer group, community leadership projects and being a student worker; working at 3 different office on campus during my time at RU. I loved working on campus because it allowed me to get to know the faculty better and find my place at RU. It also created friendships, I still have with my professors and former bosses; which was important when looking for a job after graduation. There is even more to do on campus today than when I attended Reinhardt University. They are growing rapidly from the performing Arts, building four or more new resident halls for new students, to adding over five new sport programs for students to get involved in. The college is student and academic based. Reinhardt has something for everyone, and if something is missing the staff will listen and help you the student create a group or organization for something that interest you and your friends. For instance, ultimate frisbee was not a RU intramural sport, however me and my classmates were able to create it. Reinhardt is an amazing school with a lot to offer considering its size. If you are looking for one on one attention with professors who want to help you succeed, friendships that will last after graduation and an excited unforgettable time in college, Reinhardt is the right college for you. Overall Reinhardt is a wonderful college with endless possibilities educationally and creatively. Erica Hughes Reinhardt Alumni

Reinhardt is an excellent university with professors that care about the learning of their students. Professors are always there, especially during their office hours, to lend a hand, and there is not one professor that is not willing to stay late past the time of class if you do not understand a concept.

  7. What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?

Overall my school is absolutely wonderful. There is really nothing about it that I do not like. However, if I have to mention one thing I do not particularly care for about it, it would be having the amount of "clicks" between the sports teams. There is not a whole lot of clicks at my school at all. The only group that consistently contains clicks between them are the sports teams. I wish they would be more open to branching out of the box and associating with different groups of people without fearing rejection from their normal group of friends.

  8. What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school?

We have a great Baseball program and I am one of the players on the team. They set a record for wins last season and I believe we will break that record again this year. As a Freshman, I am already contributing by being the winning pitcher in the first game I started. With a coaching staff that is helping us to develop as players as well as students to achieve our best.
