RCBC likes to talk itself up, but the facility for students are extremely lacking. Advisers lie to force another semester onto a student, there is little to no financial aid in any way. The campus does not have any sports or non academic clubs, and they keep cutting funding to important things like campus safety while raising credit prices. $10,000 for 2 semesters is insane and 75% of that is fees. They like to brag about the new fitness center they "put in", but all it is is a few cardio machines and dumbells. The only reason they put it in is so they no longer had to sponsor students going to the LA Fitness next door. Campus life tries to keep moral high and honestly they do wonderful, but the campus is heavily understaffed in all departments and it is clear admin just want to shove your hard earned money in their pockets.

As a current Rowan College at Burlington County student, it is a mixed bag to say the least. There is lots of great professors that you can take for all types of academic programming. But, there is not a lot of student clubs or organizations to join. It's a community college, so of course the options would be limited, but, there used to be a lot more 5-10 years ago and I'm not sure what happened to prompt there to be almost no organizations to join. But overall, it is still a fun place to be and a great place to learn.

It is a great school for a start on college or for returning students. I have both experiences and they've made them both very simple and acheivable. The staff are very helpful in getting you enrolled and advising you as well as navigating the financial side.

Overall a very nice campus and nice events from time to time. The advisor can be better. I get different information from them depending on who you talk to. I ended up missing my cap course deadline because I was told different things like my application was processed and ready to go. Wished they would give you updates on your application when asked. I wished they had like a nurse instead of going to public safety to get something like a bandaid. The workers are really nice. The campus is nice and accessible.

    The only thing that can be frustrating about BCC is registering for classes. Classes fill out quick, so somestimes students are forced to take classes that may be at unconvenient times. Students want to take their classes at times that fit their schedules, but it is not always possible.

    My school that I attend is very average. It's a community college that has its positives and negatives. Personally I like the academic programs it contains, but the school activities they present are dull. Even though the activities could be better, I still get involved a lot and make the best out of the situation.

    I wish I knew the proffessors before I came to this college. I also wish I knew what campus I would be at and where my class rooms are at.

    Community college is extremely beneficial for students wanting to save money while still getting a college education. It is also helpful for those unsure of what to major in. Community college provides an opportunity for students to figure out to major without paying the tuition price of a four year university. It is also good for an individual that has to support a family and work during the academic year. An individual that is hardworking and determined to find a career best suiting themselves would benefit from BCC.

    Burlington Community College is a great start for high school students. Not only is it cost effective, but conveniently located for Burlington County students as they have various locations. Most professors are helpful and fair and there is on campus help for those who are having difficulty with classes.

    A typical weekend for me is either studying or doing homework. I do online classes so the work assigned to me are due every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I usually do my work a week ahead so i don't have to worry about it during the week.

    Studens who are looking for a challenge in their college career should not attend Burlington Count College. BCC is a success oriented school that would be hard to fail out of even if you tried. Students who are looking to impress future employers should seek a more prestigious institution.

    Being a freshman I am not so quite sure about all the popular activities. But, baseball, soccer, and basketball are big in BCC. The biggest group would have to be the student activity group because they are always planning events for everyone to join.

  15. What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school?

    I brag most about taking online classes. I believe they are the easiest and the best thing ever. I always tell my friends it is so much better then actually going on campus. Everything is spaced out and it's not an everyday thing.

  16. What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

    There is something that frustrates me though and that is that they have a major for Entrepreneurship that I was majoring in and classes that I needed to take for it were unavailable because of the lack of enrollment in it. So, now I am taking classes towards the Business Administration major which is similar to the Entrepreneurship major because you have to take a lot of the same classes for it. Hopefully, in the future I can finish up my Associates Degree in Entrepreneurship when they have those classes I need availbale.
