There are all different types of people here at UT. I exposed to tons of them every day. Students from all financial backgrounds make their respective voices heard in different ways. Most students wear t-shirts and shorts/jeans to class. An outerspace alien may feel out of place here at UT, but that is about it.

One thing about UT is that it is very diverse. There are people from every different background. From my experience most people around UT are very nice and receptive to others, and as long as you show respect to other people it will be returned to you. It is hard for me to think of a type of person that wouldn't be able to fit in at UT. There are so many different clubs and organizations that if you even put in a little bit of effort you can find something that you enjoy. Students do talk about their future jobs and political views, but not overwhelmingly.

I think that anyone could find a place at UT. There are a lot of different organizations and activities that anyone could find interesting.

There are many minority groups on campus that people can join. Most students are open to talk to anyone. Students are well balanced leaning right and left.

UT 's student body is very diverse. No one would feel out of place at UT. As I mentioned earlier, anyone can find their niche. Not only are there niches but those niches interact everyday.
