I can not always get a response from my acedemic advisor or my financial advisor as they are always switching them and no one knows the answer to simply questions.

The most frustrating thing about my school is nothing. I find the experience and education level awesome. I really never thought of going any place else. University Of Phoenix is on my top list of colleges to attend. I really thinking about getting my Masters and PHD, because I really enjoy the students, professors, financial counselors and the challenging of working hard. No frustrations about my school. I would love to meet each and every person who I started with in the beginning and will be ending with, just to say thanks for the lessons and experience. Go to UOP.

It can get frustrating always having to contact guidance or the financial aid department via email or phone. Sometimes it would be nice to be able to walk into an office and speak with someone in person. The University of Phoenix generally leaves you to sort things out online yourself. Anything in reference to scholarships or financial aid on their web-page, they are unable to answer any questions. This too can be frustrating.

The most frustrating thing about my school is that we have slow communicaters, and not so good helpers to explain how to use the tools online.

Completing large projects with groups. It was very difficult for some students to always be productive. It seems that there were always other students completing more work than other students within the group.

I find that working projects as a team makes this frustrating for me. I see where team projects helps us learn how to work as a team in the community. This is hard for me because I like to be responsible for my own errors and not take responsibility for anyone's errors when he or she does not know that an error was committed by them.

I miss the hands on experiences that come from attending a traditional college/university.
Kevin
The school is not frustrating at all.

Even though it's an online campus, the amount of times that you have to post per week is demanding. I almost feel like I may have been better off taking online classes through my local community college.

When I first started just learning how to work the site, and the whole school thing it been so long from the last time I went to school.
