Muskingum University is the perfect home away from home. The campus is beautiful and the walks to campus are always very peaceful. I have absolutely loved being a muskie for the last two years and I can not wait for the day that I get to graduate from here and join the long magenta line of alumni. I have joined a sorority, a sports team, and I am in an honors society for sophomores. It is by far the best decision that I have ever made.

Muskingum University provides a variety of things that make this school a perfect pick for college. They are a smaller campus. This gives the ability to talk to their teachers one on one and the teachers know you by name. They have phenomenal professors who genuinely care about each and every one of their students. The campus is beautiful and has housing for each of their students.

It is a great school to be able to make new friends and get one on one with professors. There is so many activities to stay in the loop around campus. I feel like I can always get my work done in the library or in my room. The student life is so nice i feel so much at home.

I love Muskingum University!!!! The University itself might be small, but it is like a family to me. I am so sad that I have graduated from this college. I wish I can still stay there for ten more years, honestly. The University has a great psychology department; all the professors are super kind and helpful. Additionally, they are always trying to challenge students and give students' outside the lecture opportunities. Matter fact, the student residence life staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Overall, I had a great experience at Muskingum University. It has given a great college experience.`

Muskingum University is a great campus. The campus has great views especially in the fall season. The teachers are amazing. In the education department the professor really want you to learn information that you can use when you go into the professional field.

It is a perfect school for someone who wants to have a home away from home, it’s big enough that you don’t know everyone but small enough to where you meet your forever friends and really make good memories. It is good for kids who need the step between childhood and adulthood.

I love Muskingum University with all of my heart, I have found my home here. I was skeptical because it is so close to home and my mom was an alum, but I couldn't picture myself anywhere else. I am a first year student and I already feel like such a leader. There are endless opportunities I never imagined that I would have and I have created some of the most amazing connections with my professors and peers. The housing could use some updating, but that will happen soon enough with time, but I am extremely pleased with my decision to go to Muskingum University.

Muskingum University is a place where the faculty are dedicated to your success as a student and beyond. The small class sizes allow for a personal interaction with your professors. I am on a first name basis with a few of mine. Everyone on campus is friendly because it is such a small school that everyone knows each other. It feels like one huge Magenta family.

I love it here. Its a beautiful campus. Everyone here is so friendly. The staff, students, and coaches are very supportive and take the time to get to know you. The athletics here have been outstanding and the community support is top notch. The classroom size is fairly small which is more inclusive for learning. I cant say enough about the food. There is always an alternative selection if the meal isn't appetizing enough for you. This place has a lot to offer

What should every freshman at your school know before they start?
The one thing that students at this school have said time and time again is that they wanted that one on one relationship with the professors, and this school provides that. A family oriented person should attend this college, because the community though it may be small, cares about the success of its students. Finally, I recommend country or small town folks to come to this college. Its not out in the city, and there are many hills on campus. At this school you learn to appreciate things more, and maybe you'll even meet your future spouse.
