South Louisiana Community College is in no way a bad school. It's a small college mostly meant for people looking for a slow move into college life. The teachers are great, the students are nice, its a refreshing change up from high school, and overall its a good starting college to go to.

SLCC is a great Community College to start at to get a few classes taken before transferring to a 4-year university. Very friendly people and great staff. SLCC has different groups to join such as the Diversity club, gaming club, AAUW which is the American Association for Univerity Women. Overall it is a great community college.
