What I have gotten out my college experience is that it's easier to give up when the work starts adding up but there are always people willing to help.

I have gained so much from working at the campus paper at my university. I have met people with similar interests, made some amazing friends, met some fascinating people, and learned so much about what I need to do when I go into the journalism field.

Throughout my college expierience so far iv'e learned alot. Living on my own with no parental control has been one of the best ways to live with limited guidance. Iv'e learned better ways of studying, which has helped me proceed in passing many classes. The Tutoring center has provided a maximum level of help as far as improving grades. The objective of all of this i believe is to never give up because success is right around the corner. I tend to remember in the time of need that it gets greater later. I keep this in mind, because things dont always go as planned. My time here at the university of toledo is very valuble. I work hard, and as the saying goes "hard work pays off." While away from what i call home, i think this is time to do what I have to do in order to get through. As each day goes by i learn something new, that i know will help me out in the long run. Ive gotten words of wisdom throughout this expirience thats needed in life, and they are valuble and will help me out with my career study.

I have been able to interact with many different people from many different backgrounds. The diversity makes students realize that they are not the only ones on campus and puts them in unique situations that they cannont learn anywhere else. The people that students meet is a rewarding experience and creates relationships that can last a lifetime. You learn to manage your time with the amount of freedom that you receive which will help students as they graduate and move on with their lives.

I have gotten the need to succed out of my college experience thats why it is so vauluable to me. I see people get good grades graduate and do things that make them happy all the time and it makes me even mor determined to do what i have to do to be successful. I want to have a profession thinking about my past is what keeps me going.

Since I am just beginning my graduate school career it is difficult to say what will hold the most value for me. However, I can tell already that the classes I will be taking will be challenging and apt and the faculty members I will be working with are extremely knowledgeable and visible. I know I will receive a quality education and a good paying job upon completion of my degrees here at UT. I feel as though that those are the two most important things to hope to gain from a college and I am happy to say The University of Toledo will be able to provide them.

My college experience has taught me a lot. I met my first love there, and learned what it was like to love and lose love. I met friends there who are going to be my friends for life. I also learned exactly how important time management skills are by running to class to be on time! I learned how fun being in extracurriculars can be! I found it very rewarding when my college sent me overseas to volunteer at military installations to and be a camp counselor to children. This college experience helped me get the nerve to takt the plunge and teach English in China for a year after graduation. It was completely worth it! College giving me ample opportunities for experience, and the experience teaching me what I wanted to do in life, led me back to graduate school. It was so valuable to attend because now I know I want to help children get the best educaiton they can. College has opened doors for me, and has taught me that making my own path in life can be a good thing!

I HAVE BECOME A STRONGER PERSON ACADEMICALLY AND SOCIALLY BY GOING TO THIS COLLEGE. IT HAS HELPED ME ACHIEVE GOALS I HAVE NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD ACHIEVE AND ALL THE STAFF THERE HELPED ME SO MUCH, I DONT THINK I WOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT THEM.

I have picked up many social skills and important information and an education to adequately prepare me for my future field of Pharmacy.

I've gained wisdom. Most would attribute that to the courses taken and strictly on academia, but for myself wisdom has come mores o in the form of life lessons. Yes, i learned things from my english, math, and gender study classes but the things i will never forget are the harder classes that aren't on the schedules. This being financial aid, having to get two jobs, time management, freedom being ones enemy and friend. Nothing or no one could prepare me for the battles of college. Experience is definitely the best teacher. The campus life would not have been fulfilled without living off the barely edible food, sharing ones life in a dorm, and knowing when to join extra-curricular activities. It is important to attend college to know how to persevere and survive in the real world. Learning how to excel in life, not just academically.
