The campus isn't TOO big, but it's big enough that they have buses in case people don't want to walk that far. So it might be a pain, if you miss the bus or something and have to walk half a mile to get to class..

I do not like the Safe Bus, which is to provide transportation for students at night. They never answer the phone when a student calls, constantly.

Some majors, like mine, are very tought to get into. The visual and performing art majors are usually limited access majors. It is very heart breaking if you don't get in and it is very compeitive to try and get in. The most frustrating thing is trying to get into such small programs.

One frusturating thing about my school is when professors schedule all of their tests on the same day. This happens quite frequently and it is expected of you still be prepared for them all. Another major frusturtating factor about my school is the weather that surrounds it. It tends to rain a lot in Tallahassee and sometimes flooding occurs on campus. Also, the dorms close during breaks and do not open back up until a day or two before class begins making it extremely difficult if you are an athlete.

The most frustrating thing about my school would be not being able to find a job in Tallahassee. There is such a high demand for jobs with three major colleges in one area. It is more than just difficult finding a way to get money.

The bus system is by far the most frustrating thing about Florida State. The routes are very confusing. I can never figure out which one I should take. Sometimes I'll get on a bus that goes off campus when I have class in fifteen minutes. Once you're on the correct bus, it's packed to the gills. You fall onto the person behind you when the bus driver hits the gas and then everyone else falls on you when he hits the brakes. The worst part is you never know if you'll get to class in time.

I would say the food situation on campus. The dining halls close at ten, and many students have very demanding schedules and need to eat later than that. And if you go to one of the other dining facilities on campus the service is slow and the prices are on the edge of ridiculous.

Lines during lunch time at school since there are so many students eating only a few places at around the same time.

The school is somewha overwhelming at first. I takes about a year to get settled in, however that is the case for most large universities.

The most frustrating thing about my school is that I am new to town so I'm not that comfortable going anywhere by myself. This means I have to wait for my friends' schedules to clear up just so I can get some food. It's problematic when I have to wait a month because I ran out of food or laundry detergent.
