The most frustrating thing about my school is that it is very competative. Florida State University is a wonderful school and it is an honor to go here. However, academic scholarships are tough to get even if you have straight A's. Also, I am a nursing major, but I have to be accepted first into the College of Nursing which is very limited. As I said, the most frustrating thing about Florida State University is that it is very competitive in more ways then one.

The most frustrating thing is that college is completely different than high school. You can scrape by in high school with studying the bare minimum, but college requires much more thought and engagement in the course material. It's hard to transition but once you do, it benefits you in the long run. Studying can interfere with your personal life but it will definitely help your aspirations and future plans.

Right now my financial status is the most frustrating thing. While the cost to go to FSU is going up, the amount of money that I am getting from financial aid is staying the same. Financial aid already didn't cover everything. My parents just recently got divorced, so they do not have money do give me. On top of that, there are no companies around campus that are hiring. This makes it exptremely hard to pay for my schooling.

I met new people from around the globe. This was the first time I interacted with diverse peoples. I learned about other cultures and gained a respect for them. I did not have a bad experience during my undergraduate years. I really enjoyed faculty, staff and students at Florida State University.
